RE:RE:RE:Why is he selling?

RE:RE:RE:Why is he selling? No problem. I believe Chrystal Capital (Same broker as the one he participated in) is listed as a 'special selling' agent for the recent PP, so it is possible he could rebuy through the PP.

However, just by briefly going through math of selling now and rebuying into the private placement. It makes no sense for him to participate, assuming he's trying maximize his gains. Even with the additonal warrants to be issued in the new private placement, it still doesn't make financial sense (Note: each unit is $0.47 and consist of 1 common share and 1 warrant exerciseable at $0.64 and expires in 24-months).

Here's the CSE link with details of the offerring.

If he does happen to participate for what ever reason, we would see it on the SEDI reports since he's a deemed insider.

Good research, thanks for the write up. The newest PP is through Echelon Wealth Partners Inc. so do you think it is likely that Naser Bin Butti Almheiri is participating in this one? Or can this information be found somewhere? This PP is supposed to close on the 21st so maybe we cannot find this out till after this time?

Sorry about all the questions.

Kind of new to this and just trying to find out some more information.
