A lot of people like to secure profit in the short term in case their plan changes. I agree with you that lower average price in this case is the better play. Someone sold hard when the price went up to $1.07. Looks like they'll have to re-buy in the $1 range. Once they announce Phase 3 has started the price will probably jump up again.

I don't want to sound too optimistic but the trials sound like a slam dunk to me. Bernard Fortier did a great job explaining the 3rd phase of trials and it sounds like a DIN # is just a formality.  Once that happens this could be a $10+ stock no problem.
