cjarmstrong - if I may I ask a straight question - why do you think UGR was a mistake?

from what I see, Pony gets 52% increase in land, 155mil cuft processing capacity, already in place, and 106mil cuft takeway capacity with Enbridge; the latter two being worth their price in gold, given the cdn gas market constraints

so, aside from the dilution (at twice current price, so lucky for anybody buying recently), what's the rub with that deal?
