Seems like some  bought yesterday betting on pre-market news of the closing of the 8million .
The news is not out yet, might eventually come on monday or so...

But buying now at 0.14 cents is better than yesterday at 0.18...
..market always overreacts in both directions. 

However 0.23 cash / share post closing. it will move there further or later
