no problem.  I forgot to mention,   none of the facilities will be owned 100% by Matica.  The two Quebec ones (if there are going to be two), Matica will have 70% ownership.   The Ontario one, I can't quite remember at this moment but that's also not 100% ownership but Matica can have the option of owning it 100% depending on certain things.  Read the news releases and you'll get a better understanding.  But by now you should have a general picture of what Matica's plans are
