RE:RE:Use the Patent wisely

RE:RE:Use the Patent wiselySure Investo... I see your point... but indulge me for a minute. What if the PATENT / royalty starts to gain traction around the world, even in a couple of locations...won't that have a dramatic effect both for the other producers but more so potentially for the global price... even before retrofit modifications are made to existing reduction/smelting plants; just the knowledge that a significant LOW COST producer will be coming on line will affect the world of Ferrochrome. I suspect that unless NOT sells out to a favorable deep pocket entity or desperately negotiates a royalty agreement with KWG... their chances for successfully getting to production will be exponentially reduced. Ultimately, I truly think that KWG will not have to produce Ferrochrome but instead sell its chromite assets to an existing producer who is willing to accept a royalty agreement for the Nat Gas Redux Process (NGRP). And as an additional thought... if NOT is unable to negotiate a royalty agreement with KWG, what will that do the perceived "value proposition" of their chromite assets... let's face it, NOT has very little margin to work with, notwithstanding the 50% partnership that they might have to succumb to with the First Nations. GLTA to you and all KWG longs Pear3
