Onlybulls wrote: Mikepal,  Firstly.  Frankfurt is 5 hours different in time.  So their December 14th close was at 1.22 CDN and it traded today at 11:15 am Germany (6:15 am Ontario) (when posters where stated it was up 26%) was actually in response to the close OTC (Dec. 14th) of  $1.52 close.  

In other words, Frankfurt was only up because OTC was up yesterday.  I grade 9 class in time zones will help you in future.
