So he’s buying a BC-based company that has set up a warehouse full of crypto-mining rigs. Due diligence being done. Money is already raised. Not a huge HIVE-like deal, but a consistent earner for a company with a tiny burn, and a facility that can be ramped up by multiples quickly.
