Please contact a real mining company so they can explain what a preliminary feasbility study is and its purpose. It is just the opposite, AlphaGroup et.al. preying on investors by not understanding mineral development.  

As shareholders you should be asking NDM these questions.  They have committed to a partner, partner review/approval of permit application and submittal in two weeks.
