If they complete all approvals on the 20th as expected, it will become effective on the 22nd.

So depending on your brokerage, as early as Friday, most likely a few days after that, to actually see it available for trade. Really depends who you are with. A day, many this board, were never sure if it was ever going to come to pass. Fianlly we will have both companies.
