RE:RE:Insider buying this week...

RE:RE:Insider buying this week...The total dividend of 1 cent per share = $3,040,000 million payout to suffering shareholders.  (Per quarter.

The total dividend payout per annum, is $12,160,000 payment paid out to its shareholders.

overall, my opinion is that they shouldn't cut the dividend. Its been the only return on investment that this company has given its shareholders. $12 million is at the very least... a promissory gesture that makes me believe in the companies future....

maybe they should hit up that Fat Cat Clifford T Davis for his $14million swindle.... who took the company to a 52 week low....yet paid himself handsomely after devasting the shareholder base.

btw. I'm a firm believer in litigating Mr Clifford T Davis for his role in the demise of NSU.

i think the cut of the dividend is the work of the short sellers and put option institutional traders...
$ 12million is an affordable sum... NSU have $150 million in the bank...

i don't see how $12 million  - $24 million is a make or break sum to the advancement of Timok...

Bisha results in the upcoming 4 years will be good according to their projections....

and Timok as a project seems to be quite financeable .... institutions scum will lend them the money for quality projects!!!

this talk of eliminating the last one cent dividend in favour of advancing the Timok mine is absurd.... that's the reason for the last dividend cut.... of $27,360,000 per year.....

Investing 101....dividends end up accounting for a huge amount of your overall returns....

its not like NSU is hitting 52 week Highs every week here....

all those who are long should voice there displeasure to Peter and the Board....
