EAT and their license issue has absolutely zero effect on CHV. CHV has nothing to do with that facility. EAT is suppose to be building an extraction lab at CHVs facility. Thats what the JV LOI is about. I talked to management about this yesterday. But he said they were working on a NR. Was hoping it would come out today , oh well next week sometime. Hopefully monday.
