Judger helped me :) Any doubts I had towards management he clearly stated once they left those previous  companies they did great. so even  if they are farting around Isol will just replace them. Trump next Isol president   ISOLONG and feeling great about it again :) thanks judger!!!  Love placing BUY orders on a Friday night :)
