RE:Raymond James is CorrectJackbuso - "market value is the stock value"? In other words the market is totally efficient and the value of every stock is reflected in its price? Doubt you believe that, especially in illiquid small cap stocks. 

Love your "traders" behind the scenes theory...if a stock goes up and you can't see news that explains it, are you going to blame the "traders"?
