When you look back at the private placements there were no less than 5 in 2017.

We started the year with
55 million shares and the ended with 86 million shares, that is a 54% increase and let’s not forget the warrants floating around.

So why buy stock on the open market?? Sell your shares when they are free trading and hold the warrant risk free. Image if just half of those 30 million shares were purchased on the open market. Those placements are rally killers to say the least especially when participants sell stock in their account to fund their investment in the PP. Then they sell the stock and hold the warrant. Go through that scenario 5 times like we did this year.

 

Not a pretty picture and another reason we sit at $.135
