Buy Valeant Pharmaceuticals before it becomes too expensive Valeant is standing at 8.8Billion valuation way above the industry peer in Cannabis Industry. Just one news about becoming the "Cannabis licensed producer"  and stock price will jump many fold. 

Recently stock increased from $20 to 28 and back to $25. Not to forget the highs of $350 last year.
