RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Next hearing with OSC on Dec 20, 21 and 22ndAwesome share; thanks for doing so. I guess that would then leave the actual decision by Cannimed shareholders; I wonder if there is anything set out yet regarding that date or if that is all pending the court's ruling. This is the first article I've read on the subject where the author has laid out any expectation with some actual insight, although still no legal info as to why he expects the ruling to be against cannimed. Appreciate the info, and the analysis makes complete, objective sense. The deal would be of significant immediate benefit to all shareholders, and the longterm benefits are equally obvious for this combination. If it is rebuked, it is a short term blow to both, but much moreso to Cannimed based on current holdings, partnerships and positions. Finally, someone has commented in a publication on one of the questionable moves/comments of the company, specifically their CEO,m who I would assume is behind this latest press release regfarding Michigan. It is borderline inept - when every sensible company is pulling back from US operations, Cannimed suddenly announces this - a nothing announcement, really, as it is pendiong US federal movement - and while Canadian regulatory arms have been pressing Aphria, for example, to get out of US dealings. If I were a shareholder of Cannimed, I would be a bit ticked off with this move. Why do it? A possibility - the timing - Cannimed shares had dropped to about 1he 19.30s; Aurora had a very slight uptick. Zettle, recently purchasing more of CMED shares, may have felt the news release would bounce the stock back, perhaps banking on many investors not, frankly, questioning the US involved statement,. Also, this was after Zettle commented in an interview how he was now all about focusing on the recreational market, as he had planned. I am seeing more and more why I believe 2 chief execs there were not happy with him, and why the 3 top shareholders - including 2 Saskatchewan based financial management companies - wanted to combine with Aurora. That Michigan move made no sense at this time whatsoever.
