BWC management has a lot of connections in the mining world and many small to large mining companies have a strong presence in Vancouver. BWC is also connected to Sprott and other influential mining finance groups who may have interest in this.
Sept. 27, 2017 NR said about the ICO, "Hill Top has received funding and product development is at a very advanced stage." While sufficiently vague on details and timelines, seems like lots going on behind the scenes and I like the sound of "very advanced." A rollout with some strategic partners in place would be amazing PR.
Once 45% (post-issuance) shares are issued to Hill Top alongside the cash payments, and warrants are taken down at .40 (.15 PP have no warrants and a 8 month hold), there will be millions in the BWC coffers and only about 100 million shares out total. Nothing wrong with that. A signed agreement followed by the launch of Minecoin should get some serious attention.
