HashChain Technology Inc. (TSXV:KASH); An IPO Launching a New Public Company Mining the Alt Coin 'DASH'

I just came across this new company called HashChain Technology Inc.
so I read the corporate update and afterwards I felt compelled to do some
due diligence on the company as I find it very interesting they are taking
a DASH mining company public to the TSX-V, via an IPO, Monday Dec
18/17.
