RE:Macquarie: Outperform rating and $0.40 target price for RPM

RE:Macquarie: Outperform rating and $0.40 target price for RPMMy gut is telling me commercial production is slipping away with two back to back posts presenting valid points. How can Bill be on or better than plan with results but be so far off initial time line targets on everything. Gold production is no where near where they should be and the market is very spooked on a potential dilution again as Bill is spending more to achieve less on what should be the home stretch before touchdown. I have never been so disappointed in an investment like I am with this one that has become the dog of my portfolio.
