RE:RE:RE:still in business...yes?Ok, guys, this'll be my last post here on Sharc for a long time now.
Honestly I'm out since 0.46 a few weeks ago. This was a very hard decision for me, which wasn't due to the low SP. It's due to management. There are a several reasons for this.
1. The Sharc System at Border College only deliveres 1/3 of the promised energy savings target (have a look at the brochure https://www.sustainabilityexchange.ac.uk/files/2_-_flushed_with_success_-_borders_col.pdf)
1,8Gwh and 150t Co2 savings were promised PER ANNUM, but only 0,67Gwh and 80t Co2 savings got delivered (since 2015, so even more time than one year) (link: https://www.borderscollege.ac.uk/news-and-events/archive/facilitating-energy-efficiencies-for-the-college/)
2. Management
I wrote an email to Lynn Mueller personally in concerns of the tremendous 3,500,000 option grant:
In your option grant filling of October, 20 Sharc granted 200,000 share options to the bullVestor Medien GmbH. This means they get paid very well for their untrustworthy and lurid pushing emails and articles. As I live in Germany, I read this articles everywhere, which are responsible for the recent rise in share price.
Why did you pay a company for such an nonprofessional coverage? If you want to attract investors, why doing this by recruiting such absolutely shady companies?
(-> bullVestor (3) Consultant No 200,000 $0.44 10/03/18)
(explanation: the bullvestor gmbh was due to the share price raise in the last months, nothing more; as a result of my thougts I wrote Mr. Mueller a second Mail:)
For me personally this seems quite clear: grant a tremendous [3,500,000] amount of cheap options at 0.44$, pay a shady company to push the share price higher afterwards. Intention is to get the options exercised, so that Sharc doesn't need a further Private Placement.
My first Email got answered by sth. like "I will investigate your comments", but nothing more by now; 2nd mail didn't get any answer to date -both are approx. 1 month ago)
I recommend you to have a closer look at the bullvestor company, a company which works together with this absolutely shady company neither deserves my respect nor my investment.
Please guys, some people here may know me: I've never been in up- or downramping actions on Sharc, this are just my reasons for getting out here, I wrote them up here for your personal favour only. By reading this your point of view should be objective, there's no offense here, but you shouldn't ever hold on a failed investment!
Of course it could get better somewhen, but management gives a sh*t about shareholders. For me personally I suspect a further PP (if the options got exercised). Maybe I'll return to Sharc anywhen, but for sure not within the next year.
