Basically this benefits Britos and Aura shareholders. RN is sold at is curent valuation of 10 cents a share which is extremely less than the uopdated DFS done recently.  Nortwestern acquired RN shraes for 14 cents  and now consolidates them in their Aura operations. Aura had a huge roll back ... massive . They have cash in the bank and have a producing mine in Brazil. Big winner here is Britos who is chairman of Aura and now has a larger conrtolling interest in Aura. Minority shreholder of RN it is NOT a good deal.

Aura does have a small float and stroing balance sheet with cash (recently sold a mine). Dont know if they have a mangeement team that can build and operate RN assets.

Perhaps there will be an outside offer
