RE:RE:CO2 Emissions from the Cement IndustryA couple of things - in my dealings many companies have by-laws whereby they cannot enter into off take agreements with pre-production companies. Likely the bigger they are the less likely they can do off takes before Hudson's plant is commissioned. The problem HUD then has is all those who are then suddenly ready to do an off take want to be first in line and HUD wouldn't be able to service them all for a couple of years until they build themselves out more. So if its another e-glass that signs first before cement or paint or alumina hopefully HUD can tell the e-glass people that they are not at the front of the line. More money in these other businesses. This is why I think we are in advanced stages without any additional off takes presently. The plant needs to be commissioned and then the dam breaks
