Did Quantum acknowledge 3-4 Years To Permit?

Did Quantum acknowledge 3-4 Years To Permit? If Quantum believes NDM can permit in 3-4 years they do not understand the time necessary to complete the NEPA process and secure all permits (permitting process).

Donlin Gold, a large gold proposal that is relatively non-controversial, is waiting for its Record of Decision.  This has taken over 5-years to come to the pending Decision.

The Livengood Project is another large gold proposal that is non-controversial.  They have not initiated the permitting process, but after discussing their project with them, they estimate 4-years to complete as an “aggressive schedule”.  Livengood is located in area with current mining.

The Pogo Mine, with minimual surface impact and underground mining, required approximately 3-years to complete permitting.

Pebble will take well in excess of 4-years to complete.
