Question for you guys!

Question for you guys! Hey Guys, how are you? This is my first post on this website. I'm only 25 years old and I have bought 5000 shares at 0.29. Given it's at 0.45 now. Do you guys think that I should buy more of this stock at this price? I have around $5000 saved up. 

Since I'm only 25, I Am hoping some of you expierenced folks can give me some advice.
