I think this merger will be greatI am an Aura share holder. In my opinion, this merger will be great for share holders of both stocks. Both stocks are under valued. Rio Novo has great properties but no cash. Aura has lots of cash, but they need new development to spend it on. This is a perfect marriage. Bringing these companies together is going to create a lot of value for share holders in both stocks.
