RE:RE:RE:Here it comesI agree Compsy, my 12 month hope is in the $3-5 range. The last couple of years have really hit the balance sheet and the Company needs some positive cash flow to clean up the debt.
I really think the results of this next Q4 will be a really clear thing of signs to come in the short to medium term for two reasons:
1 - Oil has stayed above $55USD pretty much the entire Q. NAL management has always used this $55 range as its ability to turn a good profit in its bottom line. I really want to see a small positive net income number to show that the Company can generate income in a $55-$60USD $/bbl world.
2 - I am optimistically awaiting the company's financing arrangement for its unsecured debt. If they can get favourable financing this could be extremely beneficial. $125M of the company's unsecured debt will become a current liability in November 2018 and its due November 2019. It's the higher debt @ 7.75% so I am really hoping they can lower that rate. Financing costs are pretty high for NAL right now and I'd like to get that lower.
Overall, if both of the above happen, this could be upward and onward pretty fast. But I have watched this stock long enough to know that you just don't know when it will get traction again. They are trading at a fraction at what they were last year and all oil has done is go up and all NAL is significantly improve their YOY results!
Compsy, I would be curious to know if you have any updated short info? While I do not day trade at all and I am only a LONG term investor, i watch the movement of this stock daily. I am pleased to see that a bit of a base has settled. Even on red or break even oil days, NAL is even or up a 1% or two (just like today).
GLTA and stay patient. I really think this company was hit hard and is on the long road to recovery. While i would be beyond pumped to see the 2013-2014 stock price, I think the more realistic range is $5. But once the company gains financial solvency credability again and Oil slowly increases as demand and supply catch up to each other again, who knows!
All in my opinion obviously.
Cheers.
