RE:RE:RE:CMED Buying HIP, What Were They Smoking?

RE:RE:RE:CMED Buying HIP, What Were They Smoking?A few things. First, that release was required folks - it is done to outline the situation for Cannimed shareholders from the perspective of ACB management, and it includes data which can be fact-checked. A necessary thing for shareholders, some of whom do not do their due diligence but choose to rely on, say, a video interview and who they "like" more. Keep in mind that Cmed shareholders are receiving written communications from Cmed (Zettl) as well as receiving cold calls asking/urging them to approve the Newstrike deal, which is a bad deal, plain and simple, particularly in comparison to the Aurora offer.
Second: the whole "tragically Hip" thing is absurd; you cannot use celebrity endorsements. It is the primary if not only selling point to the Newstrike deal, which is not good for Cmed shareholders from any objective analysis.
third -  if you feel that was ugly, the unfortunate fact is that hostile takeovers oftentimes are. The only thing I saw that was outside of objective analysis was the "genius" comment; not my cup of tea (no need for, it is obvious) but at this point I can understand Booth's terse attitude - check the back and forth - Zettl was the first to mudsling, and has done the overwhelming majority of it.
Honestly, what do you guys expect/want? Maybe Booth to appear in an interview crying and upset that Zettl called his company overvalued, his money "monopoly money", Aurora "backfilling with good companies"....etcetera, etcetera.
.....and you guys are Aurora shareholders?
The only comment I could have done without was, again, the "genius" bit. But it is true. Zettl has fired spray n pray volleys that are negative towards Aurora, Cmed and the entire industry (his "overvalued" comments, for one). His recent announcement about "efforts" (read: a couple of phone calls and efaxes) in Michigan made no sense whatsoever, when sensible CEOs (ie Aphria and Namaste) are recognizing the need to remove companies to arm's length from US endeavours unti US federal law makes changes.
f I were a Cmed shareholder and full disclosure I am not - I would be mildly annoyed at all of the above, and would understand why apparently two of our own chief execs were annoyed as well as our 3 largest shareholders, who all want the ACB deal.
...And you guys are miffed with Aurora management?
For what?
Attempting to be successful in this bid, which by all accounts they were approached to beging with?
So if you are shareholders, and the takeover is successful, are you going to be happy with a caveat - I am happy I profited, but I don't like this. It reminds me of Trump.
Dear Lord.
