RE:RE:RE:CMED Buying HIP, What Were They Smoking?

RE:RE:RE:CMED Buying HIP, What Were They Smoking?1. Explain how acquiring a company with income, with a developed customer list, with operational growing facilities, with a contract to supply Pharmachoice - explain how that acquisition would not benefit Aurora? And, by extension, all current and future shareholders, including you and your friend who are so unhappy with our CEO's efforts?

2. Explain what was ugly about today's press release. Understand that the CMed shareholders are receiving correspondence crafted by Zettl along with cold calls requesting they approve the Newstrike deal in lieu of the Aurora deal and elaborate please, with, perhaps, your suggestions. I guess that Aurora release NO information that can explain the situation for Cmed shareholders other than what Zettle wants them to read? That makes sense. Maybe Booth should have just apologized once Zettl called Aurora overvalued and dropped it. That would look good to potential investors. Maybe you don't see what is at stake here, from a business perspective.

My one point of contention: the use of the phrase, "you don't have to be a genius"...which is true. Fact: Booth has taken multiple and far worse shots from Zettl, as the head of Aurora. Far worse. So he fired one back, and although I would have preferred the PR without it, I'm ok with it.

3. What were you expecting/ what would you prefer?

Of course Zettl isn't a dummy. But there are obvious reasons when other Cmed CEOs are not happy with him, and why the 3 top shareholders likewise were not and started this venture - what could vault ACB solidly into the number 2 position and more closely the 1A position to Canopy's 1.
Finally  - the other party in your post drew a comparison to Trump. This was the most ridiculous comment, with absolutely no relevance to anything herein whatsoever, that I have read in my short time on this board.  I only wish legalization was already here, because right now would be the perfect time to keep calm and vape on after reading something so absurd. Perhaps that would have kept me from responding in this fairly rude manner, for which I apologize, but come on. It is apparent that this poster could have been won over by Booth if he had appeared in an interview following Zettl's angry and demeaning comments about Aurora and had broke down in tears and called Zettl a "big meanie." Then Zettl would look like Trump. Genius! That's what I want - a CEO who will show vulnerability and play the victim card. The business world is full of tycoons who built their empires in similar fashion.
