The Company owns a gross production royalty on coal sales from the Donkin Mine in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, owned by Kameron Collieries ULC, a subsidiary of The Cline Group LLC. The Black Point Aggregate Project is a granite deposit with a mine life of around 75-years located along the southern shore of Chedabucto Bay in Guysborough County, Nova Scotia. The Project possesses suitable characteristics for the development of a crushed stone marine export operation for supplying markets in the eastern United States.

Sell on strength buy on weakness. We broke 52 week high today pretty handily. Heres what I hear. 150 usd for our coal currently. 2 million tonnes in 2 years is 300 million or 6 million us or 8 million canadian. at 2.75 we are looking at 10 or 11 million in 2 years. 3 times earnings forward. life of mine royalty a billion or so tonnes. look out for 10 million tonnes a year by 2023.
