RE:Barriers to deal entry are falling:Bidding war highly likelyCan NDM back out of this deal with FM.TO for a better deal? I have read that FM has the option to back out but have not read anything about NAK having an option to back out as well.

In my view, no way the other majors will walk from Pebble without a fight after investing significant time/effort and knowing the above & more.
