RE:Status???First off, although I have been researching like a maniac, I haven't been able to get any updates. The website is down and at the moment "parked" with godaddy. 
Before going "dark", the company was very professional and the work seemed solid. Therefore my best guess is that we might see a friendly take-over. If not, they would have done more to keep up the business/Website etc....
