With all the litigations, the company definitely is in regression, unable to have anything else accomplished. Perhaps it's only me not wanting to see the arbitration award that current shareholders entitled get deceived and traded away on rumors of a possible delisting. But I would think that we should get an arbitration decision before the company gets delisted in another 10 months, and only if they haven't filed their financials by then.
