Not a buy out but still great news!

Not a buy out but still great news! The two pieces of information in the latest NR that stand out to me are 1) Under the terms of the earn-in, Lithium Power is funding all exploration and development costs with both Bearing and MSB having a free carry through to the completion of a definitive feasibility study 2) Project operating cost places Maricunga among most efficient producers with lithium carbonate production cost of US$2,938 per tonne (/t) FOB in Chile, reducing to US$2,635/t

at such low operating cost and 20,000 tonnes a year this company could be looking at pulling in 40,000,000 a year which would give it a much higher Market cap as well as not having to worry about the cost of development this company is now sitting on a gold mine! IMHO
