RE:Don't forget the royalty payments

RE:Don't forget the royalty payments

If we bump the Cobalt production up to 5,000 tpa (that's the goal right now), then the royalty payments get bumped up to a potential of ~$13,000,000 USD/yr.

As an aside, this is the IVN bullboard, but I think it could be prudent of people to hedge their IVN exposure using CLQ (now trading on the TSX).  The biggest threat to IVN is the location, not the resources, not the money needed to get everything moving forward.

Although I think the political issues are often overblown, let's be honest, the DRC and SA are way more risky than a country like Australia.  If something happens with the DRC, then cobalt will go balistic because ~65% of the supply comes from this country.  That's when you are laughing as a CLQ shareholder.  They will be a top 10 producer of Co and most of the companies on the list are companies that do not derive much of their profits from Cobalt (hence the pure play edge with CLQ).

Both IVN and CLQ are green/energy metal companies and have great futures.  As long as the world keep moving foward, shareholders will be rewarded accordingly.

Expect lots of news and conference promotion of the two companies in 2018!

A green Christmas indeed.
