I'm not sure if he's a pumper or just overly optimistic, but it's best to tune him out.
He said the same thing the morning of the conference call.

1st PO TBA tonight - Halt late afternoon for press release

There will be a HALT later on today, in the afternoon, news released, followed by exciting conference call, then tomorrow is the FIREWORKS.
