the internet BS.

the internet BS.Like everyone else, I have read with horror many crazy things on the internet which are plain false. The Google finanace article which flatly states that IPL pays out 124% of income is a case in point.
Some months back I read similarily outlandish clains about WPM which made me want to sell. A chat with their nice IR guy made it plain that people set on shorting will say anything and do say anything to further their ends. Today, a chat with IR of IPL dispelled my unfounded concerns.

This company has a long history and a solid institutional following. Would these pros be buyers if there was any truth to the claims? No.

One of my great regrets was selling this company at about $15 back in 2014 and then looosing obscene amounts on commodity stocks during the ensuing carage. I won't make that mistake again. This and ALA will remain large in my portfolio.
