Short position 9 million vs 9.8 million last month

Short position 9 million vs 9.8 million last monthCPG's short position is 9 million shares this month versus 11 million shares last month according to https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/quote/CPG.TO/key-statistics?=CPG.TO.

Is there a free website where bi-weekly historical short position numbers would be available, say, for the last 12 months?

Shortdata.ca seems to provide bi-weekly ''Short traded volume'', but not actual short position numbers. And some of their data makes no sense to me. For example, for Enbridge, in the ''Largest Short Positions" table, it shows a short position dollar value of $27.3 billion for the company, which, at $50 per share, would translate into a short position number of approximately 546 million shares (33% of the shares outstanding). However,
https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/quote/ENB.TO/key-statistics?p=ENB.TO shows a short position of only 26.6 million shares this month vs. 28.6 million shares last month for Enbridge. The Yahoo Finance data seems to make more sense to me.
