I've been watching this stock closely and I'm ready to take my first plunge into buying it. I noticed that the company has consistently paid dividends since 2012 but hasn't raised the price once. I realize that this is to make acquisitions but I was wondering if anyone can remember a time when the company made an official statement on this?
