I am quite content to wait a bit longer to add to my IPL as well
Thinking the low 20's or lower is not out of the question
Long time holder of IPL, but sold half due to this major project
No surprise here as management has been keeping shareholders updated

Using ALA as an example of what is likely to happen to the share price short term or until the new plant is online or aquistion is completed etc 
Both ALA & IPL have had a very good track record, but also both have fairly new CEO's divesifing
Certaiinly adding higher risk & possible reward

3 plus years from now is a very long time in the investment world however
Especially with whats happening south of the border
