RE:Is the dividend safe?payout ratio based on cashflow not net earnings. all kinds of accounting items can mislead you to believe they cant sustain the divvy.  they just raised it too as they have for a decade.  but as with every board, big push to stoke fear... and big push to plead don't sell.

divvy is safe, question is whether one wants to hold for years or move on to something else. some here would want you to believe they are in financial trouble and make up their own numbers.. of course they have not ever read the financial reports... 

thats why they are called BULLboards.
