RE:30 REASONS WHY I'M INVESTED IN TGIF FOR NEWBIES TO THE BOARD
StockPicker1234 wrote: I know there are a lot of newbies to TGIF so I just wanted to share some of the reasons why I am heavily invested in TGIF. The reasons are in random order. Be sure to click the links below. Good luck! Positives for stock 1 AMA has exclusive distribution on moon rock and marketing contract with Kurupt 2 Infused is selling CBD to pet market (will be 3 products) much cheaper than veterinarians (market is $262 million now & expected to be be >$1b by 2020) 3 The CBD market for humans to grow to $21b by 2020 4 AMA is the first cultivator in Nevada and has major brand recognition compared to the competition. Their products are sold in almost all of the dispensaries in Vegas maximizing distribution 5 Las vegas has 45m - $50 tourists a year + 3 million residents, more than all of Canada 6 They own 9% in a couple of celebrity run wines and the wines are now selling in Publix all over the US and they have a right to increase their ownership from 9 - 15%. They don't have to incur any resources and just collect a % of profits 7 Vegas July and August sales of $27 and $33 million, doubling other states, can't make enough to sell, these are factual numbers released from Nevada tax authority 8 AMA (the biggest part of the business) is already profitable per CEO as mentioned in his podcast last week 9 CEO said in August radio interview they already met their first year target 10 They are building a new 66,000 square feet facility and added 10,000 square feet through an agreement with another Cultivator a week ago. Adding this onto their existing 12,000 facility ears they will increase their growth capacity to 88,000 or 633% by next summer, this should easily result in a sales price between $1 - $2 11 They have up to January 1st, 2019 until competitors can even come into recreational use market because Nevada is not issuing any more new permits until then 12 Suicide girls vape lounge partnership in Vegas and possible selling in BC and Alberta later on 13 Dan Bilzerian, Vegas bad body possible partnership 14 Jeff sessions gets fired hopefully by Trump but regardless, Sessions admits yesterday that MJ is not as dangerous as other drugs like cocaine and has medical value! This is a big step towards rescheduling MJ from schedule 1 to 2 which should double US MJ stocks overnight 15 Potential reclassification of marijuana from Schedule I to 3 in US from many lobby groups and mounting pressure 16 Can expand to other 7 legalized states of recreational marijuana especially neighboring California where recreational MJ is legal Jan 1, 2018 17 Can sell to Canada with legalization coming July 2018 18 Incredibly strong management team with positive track record (David Stadnyk and current CEO Brayden Sutton with Supreme Pharmaceuticals). The reason they formed TGIF was purely because they wanted to duplicate and even do better than what they did with Supreme Pharmaceuticals (fire.cn) by increasing the share price from 8 cents to over $2 in a couple of years. They realized Canada was too saturated so they knew the growth was in Vegas and bought 91% of 2 companies. See their corporate video below by David Stadyniak, Google him, very respected businessman in Canada, no joker you never heard of 19 CEO has strong marijuana industry, business background and track record, CEO is one of the most experience and reputable MJ stock analysts so he knows his shirt, listen to his 2 podcasts below and you shall see 20 Insider buying happening at 20 and 25 cents like crazy as recently as last week, follow the smart money 21 Private Placement smart money came in at 25 cents 22 Good candidate for potential future buy-out to larger company leading to premium for shareholders 23 CEO said sales projections over next 3 years were conservative during August radio interview and CEO said in his podcast last week that the financials are going to be shockingly strong 24 Company only formed June 16 (3.5 months) so is best-kept secret, street not fully aware yet until F/S's come out 25 Bruce Campbell (Google him, reputable investment manager and always on BNN recommending stocks) invested $800k of his own personal money via a private placement at 25 cents and said this company has strong cash flow and flying under the radar, no one is watching them now 26 Signed agreement with Marimed to grow and sell their products in Vegas making another source of added revenue 27 Bruce Campbell is marketing to his clients and trying to get institutional investors 28 CEO and other insiders bought $200k more during last $1 million PP with exercise price at 0.25 cents 29 CEO said annual run rate revenues conservatively should be $8 - $10 million which put them in an elite small group of MJ public companies in North America there are currently 400 MJ public companies in North America this means they are hugely undervalued and should be closer to $1 right now! 30 Company added total of 5 new staff in September validating signficant growth Please ensure you see TGIFs corporate video and 2 important interviews with CEO Brayden Sutton recently: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=muyf_Mrkdd0 https://www.blogtalkradio.com/stockradioonweed/2017/08/08/friday-night-inc-tgif-ceo-brayden-sutton-pot-networks-potn-bruce-barren https://www.stockpools.com/commentary/friday-night-incs-ceo-brayden-sutton-is-featured-in-a-stockhouse-podcast Do your own due diligence but the above are just some of reasons that get me excited by this company. I am not a day trader, I am in it for the next 2 years and am confident will be heavily rewarded! GLTA
