Of course things dont go as plan but it was impossible for their tenants to ever even generate 24 million! You clearly know 0 about the Washington MJ market, size, the types of revenues growers are able to make etc etc etc. Like I said, if they said 2-5 million and didnt hit it, well poopoo happens but putting unobtainable projections out there to try to mislead people and get them to buy in? Keep the blinders on buddy.
