TGIF pays 15k/ month or 180k / year to BAMMJ each month to grow weed and manage the building. So the average yield per square foot, during the most recent harvests, rested just about in the middle at 39.5g.= 1,975,000 x $4 profit a gram = 7.9 M per crop x 6 harvests per year = $47.4 M
Divided by 2 = +23.7M
So translate that into share price - should double at least I would think? Thoughts?
