Mass manipulators is who, all for their own gain.  They drive the price down, accumulate and re-sell to line their pockets... once done with that and they want to hold (which they will), we will see the stock proce rise or baring that, following more news of extraction tech dev or partnership announcemments... can only be held down for so long.  Be a longer climb back up initially but when it takes off, it will be parabolic I believe... much upside at current levels.  Just think, most shares have traded hands now and the average is approx .50 so what does that tell you?
