Anybody did manage to get some financial information on BLOK's investment in TG12?

TG12 only provided info on the number of mining rigs, potential revenue and EBITDA, nothing about how they financed these purchases and how much BLOK will receive from this participation bottomline.

All I know is that TG12 didn't buy these mining rigs from funding received from BLOK, as BLOK hardly did any funding yet (phased participation). SO the only option remains is that TG12 has financed these mining rigs with debt?
