RE:RE:New deals

RE:RE:New dealsArgaiv--thanks for weighing in...we need to keep this board active...I am early 50s...perhaps getting impatient after 8 years of dead money...I wonder why Stephens and Rule keep buying here. Its clearly a longterm play...the royalties they have now bring in chump change. True they are doing more deals---but those deals wont hit the bottom line for 3 or 4 more years...and of course there is always the risk that one of the countries they are playing in experiences political upheaval and they get left holding the bag...Serbia turkey Russia...cant exactly take those to the bank. What keeps me here is Stephens --he is an established home run hitter...100 baggers on diamond fields and bitcoin...so why he would be satisfied with a tortoise like this---I don't know....but maybe his kids work there or maybe he is banging one of the secretaries at EMX---as wealthy as he is...he doesn't really need the money anymore and could have a multitude of motives for buying shares.....
