smoke1legal wrote: This is scary to see some people investing in the market and don’t understand a simple takeover transaction. Her it is again... Take TGIF share price at any point of the day and multiply it by 2.40 = is what BAMM should be trading if the market was efficient. So, TGIF closed at $1.37, which gives BAMM a value of $3.29 (1.37x2.40).

So why is BAMM only trading for $1.90? Because it’s hard to arbitrage the spread, that is sell short TGIF and buy BAMM. At the end of the day, there will be enough switching from TGIF and into BAMM, which is when the gap will close. Also, some of the sellers in BAMM are dumb enough to sell at these levels, which again shows there are plenty of novice investors in the MJ sector... or they may be investing while smoking1legal! EagleEye open up both your eys... you can have TGIF at a discuont by holding BAMM. If you don't see it, change your name!
