RE:RE:TaxesI'll take on point 1 but point 2 was before my time.

If I sell today for let's say a 500k profit ... In 3 months time I will loose a big chunk of my capital  and the leverage that goes with it.
However, if I sell In January...  I don't have to pay taxes for 15 months and I now have 1.25 years  to invest the 500k plus the leverage associated with it.
