Is this a patent that is the property of Abattis?

Also, how will this specific type of extraction give Abattis "a distinct advantage in the extraction industry" if "Abattis will present the technology to cannabis producers in Canada".

Does that not in itself, take away from the "distinct advantage"?

This statement seems to be contradictive.
